Been a while since I got a new figure. I decided to treat myself. Retro Seaspray. Never owned the G1 figure, nor did I have a Seaspray in my collection. Thought it was about time to remedy that.

I fear the franchise may take a step back. We had a nice thing going with Transformers One. I kinda wanted someone else to sit in the director's chair..the characters in those films are more like archetypes...or stereotypes, in some cases, and they distract one from what should really matter..

Yes, when it comes to figures, I like a whole lot of them..as for the characters, the matter becomes more difficult...because they tried to put in so many of them..and few got any screentime at all. I grew up with G1 as well, and it has been interesting to see how the characters have evolved.

Optimus Prime, Hot Rod, Ironhide Kup, Bulkhead, Sideswipe, Soundwave, and Shockwave are the ones that mostly stand out.

It would be easier to say which cookies I don't like..I am not a huge fan of peanut butter..or anything with nuts. My favorite cookies are usually EL Fudge cookies or the Vienna Fingers. But I also like chocolate chip..Coconut Dream..fudge mints..shortbread...Oreos..

I feel like Hot Rod got the short end of the stick from the creators. I still like Hot Rod. I did not like him in the comic series.
I don't blame the characters..I blame the creators who did not give him good stuff to work with.

Garyn is a character from a world my wife and I created. He is an Arctic Wolf..and an alpha male who is one of the leaders of his pack.
He is a farmer at heart, but he will become a warrior if need drives him.

Yes, there are figures I would like to have..but I gotta sort things out and make sure the money goes to the important stuff first.

I love Transformers and Ace Attorney. I collect toys and I play video games. I also like anime like SpyXFamily..so if you want a mutual or a friend.
Also, Christmas Carol is an awesome book...with quite a few great adaptations.

I like the G1 version over the Bayverse version. That said, the creators made a decision, and honestly, it was not the best one.
