Yes, I also had picked up the RiD version for my little brother when he was younger, and the FE version was just so much better. The difference was night and day.

And that is what I enjoy about this collecting and sharing with others. Because every bot has a story. These figures mean something to someone.

That is an awesome looking Optimus Prime. It is interesting seeing how other people answer this question. I get curious about what criteria goes into answering it. Do we go with what we grew up with..or choose it based on how well a character is portrayed? How well it transforms? Pure aesthetics?

It is okay to not have an absolute favorite. And Classics Optimus Prime is a great figure. He was one of the first ones I got when I started collecting as an adult, and he still stands out to me as an exceptional Optimus Prime toy.

The one adaptation that does is the Patrick Stewart adaptation..but you are right...there is not one absolutely perfect adaptation

And in some adaptations, I think they went the extra mile to say that Scrooge's death was coming for him soon. If Scrooge did not change his environment and eat more nourishing food, he probably would have died. He kept his office and his house cold and ate gruel.

He is. And in the final moments with the Ghost, Scrooge is certainly contemplating making a change...but it was also a possiblility that he may forget about all the good he felt later..he needed that final shock to make everything sink in..and thus, we get the Final ghost.

And the Present is just beyond Scrooge's mortal imagination. He rebukes his remarks and teaches him. He does show him some kindness in letting him watch his nephew play parlor games. He has a very strict lesson to teach, but Scrooge is not an easy student to teach.

The spirits are very reflective of Scrooge's ideas about Christmas. Past is blindingly bright because he has tried to forget it for so long. Future is like the Grim Reaper..because to many, Scrooge is the embodiment of ruin and even death...and then it comes for him....

That is amazing!

Hell yeah

I dunno why, but the line.."Am I a negligent farmer..cause my ass is out..." made me laugh after I had finished watching it. After getting through all of the original Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal, this is a delightful denouement to the whole experience..

Yeah, just watched this, and I had to keep myself from laughing too loud because my wife is still asleep.
We just finished binging all of Sailor Moon together, so this will all still be fresh to her. And they covered...probably 30 episodes in 14 minutes...geez.

To be fair, I have tried my hand at digital stuff, too, but I always find hand drawn stuff a lot more user friendly. But digital does give me the freedom to move things anout easier when adjusting proportions and erasing my lines more cleanly. Plus experimenting with colors is a whole lot easier.

I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil. I have been drawing anthro art since the age of 9. I enjoy comics of all sorts, and animation from Disney, Don Bluth, Cartoon Saloon, and anime.
I like hanging with creative people, who are always a source of inspiration.
I want to do a webcomic.

Sometimes the sketchy pieces look the best. You can really see the energy in the lines..as well as catch a glimpse of the mindset of the artist.
