Why on earth are auto-collapsing FAQ accordions a thing? I can't CTRL+F through them, the site content jumps for an absolutely useless animation and you're "saving screen space"? Bad on desktop, horrific on mobile.

I am beginning to understand game dev like this in simiöar ways. Embracing serendipity in design is delightful, but feels awkward at first and is hard to plan, but definitely worth it.
so the mental model I use is that we don't just 'make' a game, we 'discover it', and that the best way to make something that is novel is to really pay attention as it's being developed and change course when you discover something you didn't know, and user testing is an ideal way to do that
