Our Dad worked at Costco at the end of his life. When he was in and out of the hospital they set things up so he only had to come in once every 12 months to keep full benefits. When he passed they doubled his vacation and cashed it out to us, and took up a money and food collection for our family.

Unluckily: this happened. It's Russia's only crew and cargo ISS-able launchpad. Estimated repair time is "years". This is a pickle for the ISS, but how big? More info needed.
