I realised that MDs,even physiotherapists, don't provide you with a clear diagnosis,and they mostly treat the symptoms.
Which is a shitty thing to do, obviously🙄
And when you god forbid tell them the diagnosis, they appear flabbergasted and feel that you attacked them personally.

I started 5 weeks ago .. loaded the ez bar with 5 kg plates and barely did 12 reps .. Spider curls were really challenging . Lightweight, and I hit my forehead
Heavyweight, and I couldn't complete my reps .Today, I put 7.5kg on both sides of the ez bar, and I got 8 solid reps/ 2 sets 💃🏃
