For all the beauty of the East Lothian coast, there is the ongoing issue of litter and broken glass on the beaches. It's selfish, reckless, anti-social and ignorant to drop/break glass on the seashore.

In fact it was a superb day....maybe before the snow arrives... for a walk up 3 of #edinburgh hills. #Blackford #Craiglockhart and #Braid Hills. We are very lucky in #Edinburgh to have this inside the city.

Maybe more concerning, one of 'our' local hedgehogs out and about at Christmas! Not unknown for hedgehogs to wake up for an occasional feed during winter; and it hasn't been too cold until now, but still a worry.
