Still working on this fun short. The last three shots are actually simple vignette with a slow panning camera. As one can imagine, Astral's time in the Hellaverse goes as well as one would expect. If production goes well, I should have this done before Hazbin Season 2 drops, but no promises!

Hackers were able to access copies of IDs, but also IP addresses and usernames/profiles associated with them.

A huge blow for anonymity online and a risk for marginalized communities and politically or legally disfavored groups.

From Discord release:

The data that may have been impacted was related to our customer service system. This may include:

• Name, Discord username, email and other contact details if provided to Discord customer support
• Limited billing information such as payment type, the last four digits of your credit card, and purchase history if associated with your account
• IP addresses
• Messages with our customer service agents
• Limited corporate data (training materials, internal presentations)
The unauthorized party also gained access to a small number of government-ID images (e.g., driver's license, passport) from users who had appealed an age determination. If your ID may have been accessed, that will be specified in the email you receive.

The RetroAchievements scandal, while short lived, did remind me of how the Derpibooru staff bent the knee to Nazis after the call for an Aryanne ban in 2020. Fast forward to now, and there's Nazis in almost every corner of the fandom. Moral: don't be a filhy neolib. Take a side or commit sudoku.
