Chuck Robbins, CEO of Cisco, said his customers aren’t just curious about agentic AI, they're fiercely working to adopt & integrate it.

"Agentic,” he said, “is the destination they're trying to get to."

He’s talking about Big Tech, but it applies across all industries.

The buzz-phrase of the year: Agentic AI.

It's no longer about ChatGPT summarizing books or helping with social posts. AI can now act independently to do a job from start to finish.

It’s particularly concerning for the Media industry &, in academe, for the Humanities.
