please watch movies and read books and play games and look at art, please view it with your own eyes through a lens you made yourself and not just through video essayists and ending explained videos please im begging you
I do have to say, Spice, and saying this with all the love in my heart for you and your work, but these numbers are insane and I don't know how anyone lives with them. I mean, it might come down to location, but not being able to live a good life with 3,500 in my country is unthinkable. Perspective!

My recently adopted cat, named Zelda (I know, I know, think of Fitzgerald instead of Nintendo if you want), is going through an infection. I have to buy a lot of medicines and it has severely damaged my already weak finances. Any help through my ko-fi.com/jaimegrijalba is greatly appreciated.

Haven't promoted the Gofundme in a week or so. We're $248 away from our $3,500 goal. Help us squeak over the finish line, we're already just about there. (and if you've already donated MY GOD PLEASE STOP LET SOMEBODY ELSE HAVE A TURN)
After some discussion with Jene, I'm finally posting a Gofundme to help us with Sandwiches' vet bills. Our baby has been having more bad days lately so we have to start thinking about at-home euthanasia. Any help would be greatly appreciated: www.gofundme.com/f/help-us-pa...

This “He Who Gets Slapped” joke might’ve been a bit too obscure.
*Someone gets slapped in the face sixty times in a row*
Circus attendants in France in the 1900s, apparently: “This is the funniest fucking shit I’ve ever seen in my life”.

Excited to present some brainrot at @lightindustry.bsky.social on 10/25 at 2pm with my daughter Alice. She picked YouTube memes and I joined them with experimental and silent shorts. Bring your kids!: lightindustry.org/thechildrens...
My main point would be that the game is pastiche, and that's a good thing. It's a world ripe for references, recombinations and constant meta-language. And the Universes Beyond sets are the best example of that happening, the most 'direct' way, for sure.
Card/Game design can be a form of expression.
It’s a big essay topic. A way of going fully into this sphere and be a hated character. Or maybe someone with articulate thoughts that has enough of a valid point to be taken seriously instead of for granted.
I’m trying to fix my head and try to come to terms with the fact that I love Magic: The Gathering and I love the new releases and I love where it’s going without sounding like a paid mouthpiece for Wizards.
The thing is that I want to be impervious to criticism but I also don’t want to address it.

What an absolute treasure Diane Keaton was. Her wit never tired, nor did her style.

Live your life in a way that everyone misses you dearly when you pass and not in a way that everyone cheers when your throat is slit in prison.
I finished reading Apropos of Nothing a few days ago, and the section about Diane Keaton was so filled with love and respect that it made me realize how lucky we were to still have her. Now, she’s gone. RIP.
