Don’t confuse managerial experience with leadership experience.
Stop looking at "onboarding" as a singular experience.
That thinking just sets up promises that aren't fulfilled in the long-term. It's just a first step in the employee journey that leaders are a part of.
Onboarding is the introduction before leaders help employees feel at home, every day.
