We need a federal law, that an on-duty immigration officer MUST be wearing an ACTIVE BODY CAMERA, and any officer involved in a shooting who did not record the encounter should LOSE ANY PRESUMPTION of justifiable homicide or self-defense in any civil or criminal case the officer did not record. 🧵1/2

I love this, but the hard votes are the 67 Senators needed for this to be more than a glorified protest. Impeaching him in the House a third time without a Senate conviction is like poking a rabid raccoon in the eye with a stick, for a third time.

If we paid people livable wages and kept CEO wage growth from massively outstripping their average employee wages we wouldn't be in this shithole crisis either.
The GOP plan is to pay people just enough to be lifelong worker bees for billionaires.
