I just kinda sat there silently until he stopped talking, then responded:

Progressive has a mandatory AI Flo chatbot in their app that you have to talk to in order to get transferred to an actual person.
I tried asking to be transferred and that didn't work. I just had to repeat my question until it gave up and connected me.
