I am very disappointed with the Gen-AI Slop being peddled around these days.

I wish people would just hire REAL HUMAN artists instead of just choosing the easy route to make a quick lazy buck.

Only complaints I had were the fact that it switched to CGI, and the fourth wall breaking got annoying. Still, good crossover movie.

As unlike Ayumi, Gureru, and the kid from Chou Den-o, she’s actually likeable, she has a good backstory, and while she’s the focus of the movie, it doesn’t forget the Precure exist.

Pretty Cure Dream Stars: This was a good team up movie. It was nice to see the first change in formula with these movies, and it pulled off pretty well. All three teams work well off each other, the action is good, and also Sakura was the best crossover movie exclusive character, (continue)

Despite it being short, I think I prefer the KingOhger and Donbrothers crossover a year later, at least that one had the two teams interacting and coming together at the end

Also, this left me with more questions regarding Zenkaizer black. Overall, I guess it’s slightly better than the last movie, because I was slightly more entertained by this one, but that ain’t saying much.

The team up portion…I mean, there’s some decent bits, the action was fine, but…it feels a little incomplete. I dunno, the two act formula for this movie doesn’t work as well as it did for early rider movie wars. Did Komura not want to work together with Inoue on this one?

The Donbrothers side was fine. It was nice seeing Taro’s gentle side, showing that he does care about his teammates, and was willing to let them quit to lead normal lives. Though I hated Jiro in this movie, as he was kinda selfish.

Avataro Sentai Donbrothers vs. Zenkaiger: This was an…interesting direction to take the team up movie. Okay, let me comment. The Zenkaiger side is…well…standard Zenkaiger. It’s stupid, not all that funny, and kinda boring.

I watched Kiramager before indulging myself in the other projects she’s involved with, so I wasn’t quite familiar with her work. Needless to say, I instantly recognized that voice when I heard Mabushina speak again

Although watching got me to learn that Mabushina is voiced by Inori Minase, the seiyuu for Carol from Symphogear, Ciel from Kira Kira Precure, Berry Blossom from Acro Trip, and Furina from Genshin Impact.

While this isn’t as bad as Ninninger vs ToQger, as at least this one doesn’t insult the returning characters, at the end, I just felt like I almost wasted an hour on nothing.
