the last 3 carts were completely made on my phone! I didn't know I would have pico-8 on a phone when I thought of the challenge last year, it's making this challenge a lot more manageable than it would've been otherwise! I wonder what percentage of carts total I'll make on my phone by the end

this is legit a game changer for me. it's a surprisingly viable way for me to work on pico-8 projects! I've already written a couple entire carts with hundreds of lines of code, in bed on this phone. and it syncs with my computer! I wrote a good chunk of the first daily cart on this phone in a car!
today's procrastination:
I dug out my old android phone (pixel 3a) and managed to get full proper pico-8 running on it through winlator. it runs surprisingly well and I can still sync all my pico-8 files to/from it (via syncthing)!

I've decided I'm gonna be dumb and attempt to make a blog section and rss feed for my website manually, not using any services or frameworks or whatever. I think my blog entries will be infrequent enough that linking to each page and updating the rss xml file by hand each time will probably be fine

trying to clean my DTM feed from certain accounts but "exclude users" on graze (service I'm using to make the feed) doesn't seem to work anymore. their new posts keep showing up on my feed and I have to keep manually removing the posts. I'm frustrated...

i'll just say it, what prompted this thread a while back was the unbelievably smug wix "we know ai is controversial and we don't care, you should use our ai to make your website" ads I started getting. i'm not exaggerating, i'm paraphrasing what they say in the ad itself. it kinda pissed me off
those website building services have a strong incentive to make writing websites from scratch seem difficult and impossible for most people. all those ads subconsciously making people assume that it's something they can't do, and that they have to use those services

日本語話すvtuberが言っているのほとんど理解できるのが本当に嬉しいです！
それで楽しめる配信と動画が倍した！(英語だけ理解でき頃に比べて）
