Hello everyone, due to the recent revelations and how difficult it would be for us to remove ourselves from our abusive household, which is now nearly impossible, as well as our recent biggest achievement fueling our desire to be more independent and get us out with our own hands, we are redirecting our goal in Ko-Fi.

From getting us out and the possibility of us not being able to have anything else to do with our lives due to being financially tied to our parents and spending more years unable to do anything against them to instead helping us fund our academics to be able to get through college and graduate so we can work on getting ourselves out.

Any remaining funds after our college graduation and once we have obtained a job will be placed in a separate goal fund, which will be used in combination once we have enough money from our own work to be able to leave the country and work in Sweden to eventually obtain dual citizenship, finally removing ourselves from our abusive household. This goal fund will serve as a safety net to ensure we have the financial means to start a new life in Sweden without relying on our family for support.

Anything else we would receive and some of what we would earn from our job once we are fully able to support ourselves will be then redirected to help our partner system be able to leave their own abusive family through Sweden law allowing partners to be brought in. Together, we can build a better future free from the cycle of abuse as well for us to be able to properly heal.

Of course, we plan to work hard on our academics; as we are currently waiting for the college applications to open, especially from the Ateneo de Manila University or the University of the Philippines and this is all while taking care of our sister and our own plans to get more money to be able to support ourselves.
