The EU Council has approved the details of a €90bn loan to Ukraine. €60bn will go to military support and €30bn to general budget needs. Interest payments will come from the EU budget. The deal involves 24 EU countries, with Slovakia, Hungary and Czechia refusing to join. #Ukraine
