When there is a religious fanatic in a story accusing others (women) of witchcraft and magic, and then, to ward off evil, they start praying and quoting sacred texts in order to... summon the grace of god, I guess, effectively using a 'spell' to do so...

Book 2 & 3 of my MMF Fantasy Romance, The Elemental Bride, is complete. The 1st draft anyway. Editing is going to be heavy work, both novels together are more than 350k words, but we'll think about that tomorrow...

Ok, so I'm not a fast reader at the best of times. Especially since I started writing seriously, I find it harder than ever to immerse in other stories but...
