The trick for me is not to care if what comes out is good or bad. There is a lot of ‘I’ll fix that in rewrites’ 🤣🤣🤣 I’m the ‘get the first draft out as fast as possible cause the real work comes during edits’ type but we all have our own pace too. 50 words or 5k, the main thing is we’re writing ☺️

More than 350k actually, but I managed to write quite a lot over the summer. But bear in mind this is just me spilling the story out. It needs a whole lot of editing and rewrites. And I mean a WHOLE LOT.

Most of book 2 was written about 1k at a time, as I edited my MM fantasy series that are being published now ^_^

I wrote the 1st book during the pandemic, just for me. It was as I worked on something else I decided to publish it, which I did, Feb or Mar last year. But then I decided to write book 2 and 3 together, so it's taken me about 8 months to write both, with the entire of book 3 written from Aug to now.
