This author found a publisher for his memoir, but ultimately realized it was the wrong publisher after the book released. So he took the book off the market and re-published it himself.

If you’ve ever had to say goodbye to a beloved animal friend, taking a risk on another can feel like betrayal (it’s not). Here are some tips on navigating that process.

Happy (almost) Caturday! Here’s the look I get when I’m heading out to run errands, after Ariel’s pouty-puppy sideeye hasn’t stopped me. Poor girl 😿😹 (I came back with a laser pointer, so all is forgiven)

For decades, I believed my thoughts were truth—until awakening showed me otherwise. In this post, I look at how intellect, identity, and even diagnoses can obscure what’s real. (Fun fact: I was such an intellectual snob that I once dismissed Eckhart Tolle because Oprah liked him. 🤦🏼‍♀️)
