New — USAID staff received an email just a few minutes ago letting them know HQ would be closed to all personnel Monday. It’s likely some employees will miss the overnight email, show up and be turned away.

It was sent by Gavin Kliger, one of the young guys at DOGE doing Musk’s bidding.
