i wish more people writing rp fights understood the inherent eroticism in having your character get horribly wounded. LOVE to write crit with blood seeping from between the armor plates and arrows riddling the gaps. being so good at everything that you can't get hurt is boring actually.

i'm not quite ready to throw in the towel just yet but i'm getting kind of burnt out with pit fight RP ... feeling frustrated that i do really try to write in a way that acknowledges and respects my opponent, no matter whomst it is, and so often having my hits either undersold or ignored entirely.
