Just played against this card in Standard Brawl, and it's straight-up evil.
When it dies in Commander, it goes back to the command zone, so (long story short), opponent doesn't get their cards back. They're just exiled forever

The shop I ordered these from has 4 damaged Moments Peaces and apparently it they came back and 2 were unshippable but the two that did get sent are gorgeous.
I always feel so weird for just how excited I get over my damaged cards but you can just sort of feel their age
