One of my favorites examples was in Pikasprey's Ditto only run where, somehow, he permanently disabled his Ditto's ability to use Struggle (the move you can only use by running out of on every other move) by complete accident, so he just, couldn't ever let his Ditto run out of PP.

Gen 1's code is truly magical. But like, the genie or fae kind of magic where something goes off seemingly at random and it could just be a funny quirk or a run killing catastrophy, and you cannot possibly parse what you did to make that happen.
