OOF. Finally able to sit down for more than just a moment. 2 pies down (strawberry-rhubarb, pecan coconut), 1 pie in process (maple syrup), 1 tart (cranberry curd) left to go.
Made the cranberry sauce last night, so all that's left is the balsalmic-braised Brussel sprouts for tomorrow.
