I heard there were over 70 people at this Saturday event—& the roadways here have been bad, like people still can't get cars unparked & local schools closed today. One thing I can do right now—here’s the Illustrator file where I traced "THE TYRANTS FOE THE PEOPLES FRIEND" woodcut—if you have access to a laser you can carve this baby in linoleum & print with it all you like—make sure to reverse it (prints are mirrored)

Sent the book manuscript off to the publisher for consideration. Working title is "Embedded Pedagogies: DH Teaching and the Infrastructure of Change." 59,612 piping hot thoughts on DH pedagogy. Phew - glad to have gotten this out before the baby comes. Table of contents and title page attached!

I still do digital humanities, I just forget to post about it :D E.g. I volunteered to make a type database/UI for Penland's movable type collection so have been taking photos of type cases, writing & editing metadata when I'm taking a printing break during my residency.
