Mpls Mayor Jacob Frey: "What we are seeing again & again is discrimination only to the extent that it applies to certain groups. So they're discriminating only as it applies to Latinos and Somalis ... you can't do that. You can't do that in Minneapolis. You can't do there anywhere in this country."
