Shapiro: I filed that amicus brief last night to make it very clear that the Pennsylvania National Guard is under my command.

The way the President has chosen to deploy the Guard in other states—and, in at least one case, deploy the Guard from one state into another—is extremely dangerous.

Very true. What confuses people is that DJT's mental status varies. He's impaired at baseline with limited ability to construct complex sentences/poor memory.

At time he's fairly coherent; other times very incoherent.Likely he has marked variation in the bloodflow to his already ailing brain.
