I haven't fact-checked every piece of this, but from news reports I know much of it is true. Kushner is only part of the group that bought EA, but it still basically stands.

This, though, is a gift to corn farmers.
Last I knew, it takes almost 1 gal of fossil fuel to make 1 gal of ethanol.
