Rewatching the Rob Zombie Halloween movies for some reason. By far the worst decision of the first one was making Michael come from a cartoonishly redneck family. Part of what made him so creepy was the idea that he was a normal kid from a normal family and there was no logical reason.

This isn't rocket science: the Democratic Party sucks because they embraced Reaganomics in the 80s and still embrace it. When Bill Clinton said "The era of big government is over" was when the Dems fully became fiscal Republicans.
And you can't be social liberals if you don't support funding it.
