They are terrified of change it’s like football’s own version of Stockholm syndrome. They’ve been conditioned to believe the old system is sacred, that this is just how it is. I don’t buy that. Dentons played their usual game: rig the system so I couldn’t defend myself without surrendering my rights. Now it’s in the Second Circuit, and I’m confident they’ll overturn this sham. You can delay the truth, but you can’t bury it.

That’s how long the USPTO has sat on my trademark applications no action, no review, no explanation.

You can’t build a business without protection. And I will find out in SDNY who’s behind the delay.
Because someone is.
