Oh, and coffee is pretty much a solo experience for the first cup. After that, I may consider interpersonal interactions of a professional nature.

Black - often over ice. I prefer dark, black, and hot, but I get so distracted working I often misplace my cup and coffee that has cooled down is not preferable. So I plan ahead by using ice.

Yeah, OCD is a bitch like that. Even the "good" days can feel insurmountable, but most days are just trying to muck by hour by hour, TBH. The constant feeling of fight or flight over ANYTHING at ANYTIME is perhaps the worst thing - it fucks with my sense of reality.
It's ok to be ok or not ok though
