Oh, I'm in need of your help buddies.

I'm trying to remember the name of a technique I learned back when I was studying traditional animation.

TLDR; Drawing '+'s on each cel/frame, and using those '+'s to line up with other frames for more accuracy when doing breakdowns/inbetweens.
