Le CNRS a un outil de calcul qui permet de tout calculer en 5 minutes, ce n'est pas contraignant a mon avis.
Tu peux sortir des 7% ensuite en justifiant comme par exemple achat d'un équipement ou ajout d'analyses et parfois c'est meme le comité qui le suggère dans son rapport de Phase 1
