✅Wage increases and protection
✅Time off improvements

🪧STRIKE OVER. We have ratified an agreement with the employer and tomorrow’s rally is cancelled. We are so proud of our Support Staff team who fought long and hard for almost 2 weeks. We showed the employer that we are #StrongerTogether and demanded respect on the job. 1/2

Good news from #HamOnt, we’ve unionized at the Disability Justice Network of Ontario!

It is important to our staff that we protect one another, sustain our work, and ensure that care and justice aren’t just metaphors, but practices that shape how we show up for this labour of love. 💜🫰🏾💛
