Yea that's what makes me more support Ghamak in this situation. If GW was simply arguing copyright infringement then that's different, but they are specifically attacking the *idea* of 3rd party minis being able to be used in their game, which is like.. that's all 28mm scale minis...

real question is how close is too close. Like imperial guard, GW would love to be able to copyright "space military man" but just because someone makes something very similar (on purpose) doesn't make it illegal. Especially the argument "well you can use it in our game". So can tons of other models.

I'm well known at my work as the guy that will eviscerate anything you try and present for AI unless you have an extremely narrow and appropriate use case (almost entirely data analytics). Anything else and I'll Butlerian Jihad your ass. It is a good person to be.

My understanding is that bluesky doesn't actually have an algo. It's entirely just chronological based on posts of ppl you follow, and discovery is based on ppl THEY follow
