Here’s to the quirks, the weirdness, and all the parts of you that make you unforgettable. What’s your favorite “weird” thing about yourself?

I used to write a ton of Soap Opera based Fanfiction (Passions, General Hospital, and All My Children) and I feel like it made me a pretty great writer. 🤭
A cute cartoon troll with brown skin, big black eyes, and tall purple hair stands smiling on a bright blue background. A pink gem glows on its belly, and white stars sparkle around it. Next to the troll, black text reads: “Your weirdness is part of what makes you wonderful.” The image is signed “SelfLoveRainbow.”

The pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations can be crushing. But their goals don’t have to be yours.
A bright pink background with small purple heart doodles. In the center, two stacked sheets of paper are illustrated, with the top page showing the text: “Their expectations are not your goals.” A yellow pencil lies across the top of the paper. The image is signed “SelfLoveRainbow” at the bottom.

This is your reminder that you don’t need to “earn” care. You deserve food, rest, and kindness just for existing. So eat your lunch, drink your water, and know that I’m proud of you.
: A colorful cartoon lunchbox with rainbow and cloud designs is open to reveal a notebook page with a message that reads: “You are doing an amazing job today. I’m so proud of you! Don’t forget to eat lunch!” Next to the lunchbox is a matching thermos and a pencil. Stars, hearts, and sparkles are scattered around the white background. Some days we need the raccoon-approved basics: rest, snacks, hydration, and being a little cute. None of these things fix everything, but they help!
A cute cartoon raccoon sits smiling against an orange background. Beside it, a yellow banner reads “Trash Panda Reminders.” Below are self-care reminders with little heart icons:
Get enough sleep or take a nap
Do what makes you happy
Eat something delicious
Spend some time outside
Drink your water
Get creative
Be cute

Okay, one of my Patrons asked me to doodle a Canada Goose - *Canada* Goose - since when is it called that? 😂😅
I’ve been calling these Canadian Geese my whole life. So now I have to know… what do YOU call them? A) Canada Goose or B) Canadian Goose?
Cute cartoon illustration of a Canada Goose standing upright with a happy expression. The background is teal with sparkles, a yellow star, and a blue heart. At the top, it says, “Do you call this animal…” with two options: “A) Canada Goose” and “B) Canadian Goose.” The image is credited to SelfLoveRainbow.

Back in 2013, I made the very first version of the Self-Care Planner. It's full of journaling prompts, reminders that you're doing better than you think, self-care ideas, and of course, lots of doodles.
I am so so proud of it this year!

Two colorful spiral-bound 2026 self-care planners are displayed on a lavender background with yellow star doodles. One planner has a bright blue cover labeled “2026 Witchy Self-Care Planner” with illustrations of stars, hearts, and moon phases above a rainbow. The second planner has a turquoise cover labeled “2026 Self-Care Planner” with stars, hearts, and a rainbow above clouds. Both covers note: “A daily planner filled with journaling prompts, self-care ideas, cute doodles, encouraging messages, & more.” The bottom of each planner says “12-Month Planner, January 2026 – December 2026.”

We talk a lot about healing from things, but we don’t always talk about healing with ourselves. About making peace with who we are, especially when it’s been hard to love that person. So if you’re doing that work I hope that you're celebrating it too because it is SO important.
A cute cartoon manatee stands with a gentle smile on a purple background. Next to it is a large speech bubble decorated with stars and a heart, containing the text: “We don't give people enough credit for healing the relationship they have with themselves. It's often a difficult and lonely journey. Every step in the right direction is something to be proud of. Every toxic cycle broken is worth celebrating.” The artwork is signed “SelfLoveRainbow” at the bottom.

New worksheets just dropped on Patreon! www.patreon.com/posts/unpack...
We all carry baggage through life, sometimes out of necessity, guilt, pressure, or just because we don't know how to set them down. These worksheets are about digging into that.

Some days survival is the accomplishment. If all you did was keep breathing today, that matters. That’s enough. You don’t have to have big wins every day. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, you wonderful human. You’re doing better than you think. 💛
A colorful illustration of a toucan with a rainbow-colored beak perched on a branch. Above its head is a block of rainbow-highlighted text that reads: “If the only thing you accomplished today was keeping yourself alive – that is good enough. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.” The artwork is signed “SelfLoveRainbow” at the bottom.

A little love note from the universe (or maybe just from me) for anyone who needs it. Everything is going to work out. Maybe not perfectly. Maybe not how you expected. But you’ll get through this.

Even when you're feeling lost or invisible, your light still matters. You don’t need to shine for anyone else right now. Shine for you. That’s more than enough.
A red and white striped cartoon lighthouse shines a bright yellow beam of light across a teal background. Within the light beam are scattered stars, sparkles, and pink hearts. To the right of the lighthouse, the text reads:
“Even when you feel lost your light still matters. Keep shining (even if it's just for yourself).”

I have to remind myself daily that I cannot control traffic, the weather, or what that rando on Facebook thinks of my art. But I can control how I talk to myself while I spiral about it. (mostly kidding!)
A diagram titled “The Circle of Control” features two concentric circles. The inner circle is labeled “In my control/influence” and is shaded purple. It includes:

What I say/do

How I choose to react

How I spend my free time

Who I follow on social media

The amount of effort I give

How I talk to myself

Whether or not I ask for help

The outer circle is labeled “Out of my control” and is shaded blue. It includes:

The happiness of other people

Strangers on social media

The weather

If others are on time

Traffic or wait times

What others choose to do/say/believe/value/feel

Death and illnesses

My past behavior

Natural disasters

Global political issues

The economy

Emotional abuse can happen in all sorts of relationships - not just romantic ones. Here are what some of the signs look like.
#EmotionalAbuse #YouDeserveBetter
A chart titled “Signs of Emotional Abuse” is divided into three color-coded columns. Each column lists several signs:

Yellow column:

Jealousy over your relationships with others, even with family.

Gaslighting or rewriting events to fit a false narrative.

Blaming you for things in their life going wrong.

Ignoring your boundaries.

Humiliating and berating you (in public or in private).

Blue column:

Threatening to hurt themselves because of you.

Blaming you for their actions.

Shaming you into not talking about the abuse with other people.

Love-bombing you after mistreatment — being extra sweet and loving after being abusive.

Everything is at one extreme or another.

Purple column:

Using guilt or compassion to control you.

Their needs are the only ones that matter in the relationship.

Nothing you do or say is ever good enough.

Constant untrue and unfounded accusations of mistrust.

Monitoring your location or digital spying.

At the bottom, the image is signed “SelfLoveRainbow.”
