Thanks for following me on Twitter for Humans. I’m Seth. I do political advocacy and organizing, largely about housing and healthcare. I live in Brooklyn near a cemetery full of parakeets.
The algorithm has started showing me a bunch of videos of people boxing or burying their pet turtles for hibernation season. Not what I need right now

There’s a 200-year-old Quaker cemetery on land that now sits within Prospect Park. It’s fenced off from the public and easy to miss. Today I was happy to see a few local nannies having a picnic with their babies in the clearing nearby

I’d pay to subscribe to the Delta streaming service from home. The “under 2 hours” filter alone would be worth it

At the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Juan, I saw this placard explaining a solely smell-based artwork with juniper berries and angelica seeds etc.

Spent a couple of minutes sniffing the air before a docent told me it’s only spritzed on Wednesdays

A corrupt SCOTUS just gave the President a veto on Congressional budget power and this is our Democratic leader?
The Trump administration’s threat to deploy troops in Portland is unlawful.

Here’s a thought.

Focus on protecting the healthcare of the American people.

My “I’m not dropping my fatally doomed reelection campaign” t-shirt has a lot of people asking questions already answered by my shirt
ok this was an excellent post and Eric Adams dropping out of the race while speaking from a podium that reads "NEVER QUITS" would have been one of the most perfectly Eric Adams things ever to happen

but apparently he's refusing the Trump bribe and staying in the race

lol and lmao

It might have been literally 20 years ago that @kattullus.bsky.social mailed me a mixed CD of the coolest songs I’d ever heard.

The lesson: If you recommend music to a sulky teenager, it might get lodged in their brain forever

This isn’t even the saddest reporting of how AI hurts people, but it’s really making me want to quit Facebook and Instagram.

Chuck Schumer’s response emails to my constituent complaints are taking so long lately, by the time I get them, I can’t even remember which atrocity I had written to him about specifically
