Thank you Bakchormee Boy for your review of Invisible by ART:DIS & The Necessary Stage!

“At its best, Invisible trusts the audience to sit with discomfort and recognise familiar patterns of shame, fear, and self-blame without being told exactly what to think.”

It's a wrap for Fringe 2026!

Thank you so much for being part of Fringe 2026. As a crowd-funded independent festival, we truly could not have had the festival without you.

However, our work goes on to fundraise for Fringe 2027!

Can you stand with the Fringe?

Last two shows of Celup today at 5pm and 8pm!

One of our favourite things in Celup is the enthusiastic audience interaction and the generosity of participants sharing their own family stories and memories about food, all while pounding sambal belachan.

Thank you for such an amazing reception to the opening night of Celup!

We loved hearing seeing the enthusiastic audience participation and shrieks of laughter, amidst some tough examinations of what race and belonging means.

”Although Retina Manoeuvre is pitched as a lecture-performance, Wang Ping-Hsiang avoids lecturing the audience but rather, prioritises his performative language. He opts to begin the work by excavating his personal archives, and this effectively elicits empathy with the audience.
