Join us in this pivotal discussion tomorrow that attempts to define and challenge the authenticity of representation, featuring Fringe theatre-makers Rosie McGowan (A Lesbian Love Story: The Musical), Sindhura Kalidas (Invisible), Sofie Buligis (Celup), and Wang Ping-Hsiang (Retina Manoeuvre).

There is real joy in seeing authentic portrayals of underrepresented communities in the media by artists from the community. But is that the only form of representation that should be allowed? What if an ally wishes to be the voice for a community?

Wang Ping-Hsiang traces an emotional journey through his travels and popular culture as he unearths his anxieties about the threat of war.
