Also my most randomly controversial opinion is that "Digital and Technologies" should stop being viewed as a sector but as an infrastructural component of all the other sectors. Pureplay "tech" as a sector is, to slightly misquote Margaret Mitchell in the FT, mostly "snake oil and vibes" anyway
