Ppl suggest I ask for a bag of fluids with the infusion. They say it makes a difference for them.

I’ve had platinum chemo, second line chemo and immunotherapy and have not had to manage nausea until Enhertu.
If I stay on the meds I’m fine. I am learning from a Enhertu-specific group that most of the pts who post there also just stay on antiemetics. 💜

I am keeping a daily spread sheet! It became practice over the summer when we were chasing a fever.
My palliative doctor finds it helpful as do I to see the patterns and feel like I have so control over planning.
