If you listened to commentary during Joe/Hangman, they pointed out during his first reign Hangman lacked the confidence to carry the belt & the company. This is backed up by lack of memorable title defenses and his reign being ended by Punk.

What do you mean? Did you watch the show? Its so simple.

Joe felt disrespected, and Hangman simply challenged him for the title at the PPV because Joe feels Hangman is beneath him. Its simple. The match will probably be 4.5 stars or above. Not everything needs to be long term.

I think because he's probably about to feud with Omega, I genuinely think he's about to lock the fuck in.

IDK if there's enough time to build for him vs Omega for WrestleDream, but I think it can happen, and Andrade will make the fed regret ever never taking a chance on him.
