This is exactly what I thought of. I cried then, and I cried now. This is so far beyond reproach. I cannot BELIEVE people could possibly be this way.

I think we can drop "lack of training" from the discussion, because there is no amount of training in the world that gets rid of the mentality of calling someone a "fucking bitch" after shooting her in the face and killing her.
