And remains so months on. In the year since Trump regained power and so many educational, legal, and corporate institutions bent the knee, AEW let their top face go on TV and tell the world, in Spanish, we can change the world if we work together. It means something to me.
The absolute balls of AEW and Hangman to go on TV in the first ten minutes of airtime and cut an untranslated Spanish promo for a national American audience about the power of collectivism in this political climate was, and is, really something meaningful. Wrestling is fake, but that was real.

Absolutely this. If you have no stake in the future you’re trying to build, then get out of the way for someone who can. We need folks who understand our issues firsthand and will be able to see the results of (hopefully) good work.

I want to act in a way that when my kids (or potential future grandkids) later ask me about the kind of person I was, and what I did in this time, I can be proud of my answer.
