Based on my #HBOMax experience in southern California, I got zero ads during the entirety of the #AEWDynamite broadcast yesterday versus getting 4-6 ads on #AEWCollision. The feedback is being heard and there is progress definitely.

Exactly. She is world wide famous. She could wrestle solely in stadiums and it would make sense. Her showing up to indie shows, big and small, and lending that spotlight to promotions and talents around the world like that is a really big deal, and I don't think she's given enough credit for that.

I think "Belt Collector" gimmicks can be extremely hit or miss, but I think Mercedes is one that absolutely hits because she is someone who is willing to show up and wrestle in front of 80 people at an indie show when she is absolutely famous enough to not have to do that.

Her matches have been great, and her match last night was too. And like I said, I don't know if it was intentional, but for someone who puts so much thought and consideration into every aspect of her presentation for these matches, I like to think maybe it was.

And that's really neat. 💙

She's long been known as an advocate for women's wrestling, and has walked the walk in more ways than one when it comes to this. Building tag titles, advocating for better pay and opportunities, taking a stand when it took a lot of risk to do so.

Mercedes has had an incredible run in AEW, and indeed, around the world. Part of that run as "belt collector" has been shining a spotlight on talents around the world. Her very name and presence draws a ton of attention, and a lot of eyes end up on her matches, and, on her opponents.

Mercedes Moné said that she wanted to fight the best of what Florida has to offer, and fought Lacey Lane in a great match on AEW Dynamite last night.

I don't know if it was intentional or not, but her hair matched Lacey's look with the blue and silver/white, which I thought was a really neat touch.

Please understand, the work I am doing is towards wrestling ratings, not a particular promotion.

And it might impact other near sports or long movies.

So it’d be nice if it wasn’t framed as for one promotion.

I’ve said it before, but one thing I love about Mox is he always looks for the kids in the crowd and makes a point to do something cool right in front of them. I’m pretty sure he is going to be responsible for a whole new generation of wrestlers.
