Help needed from locals! I live 4 hours away, I am taking my 85 year old Dad to the game on Saturday. His mobility is not the best, 15 mins walking is ok. Can anyone recommend the best plan for us to get to the game please? Maybe Uber from a car park or something similar?

There’s a lot of talk of Jesper Lindstrom and Jack Harrison not being good enough. They are our third and fourth choice wingers and in my opinion, are adequate for that role. They wouldn’t be my first choice, but are good outlets and work hard.

Now that we have a manager who is tactically very capable, Thelwell’s signings are proving to be astute (apart from Maupey) considering his budget. Especially Ndiaye, Garner, O’Brien, McNeil and Tarky who were mostly paid for by the money made from Gordon.

This is the risk that DCL was taking by not signing the contract offer in the summer, hoping to elevate his earning potential. But he has failed to deliver goals and has now confirmed that his hamstring issue is still active. I wonder if he regrets that decision! I would remove the offer now!

Footballers such as DCL make my stomach churn. He is holding the club to ransom, thinking he should hold out for a “top” club. Yet, I’m sure my Mum could have finished that sitter tonight, quite frankly it was embarassing. It’s a fair to say that I am upset by it 🤬

I can’t see Everton buying a goal. We have DCL who can’t hit a barn door and wingers that my Mum could tackle. I am seriously worried. Unless recruitment is spot on, Moyes may have the same issues as Dyche!

There is an understanding in football that if players know that a manager is not the long term choice, it undermines their authority. Do you think this could be playing a part in the drop off of form? (Based on 48 points last year not that I think they were any good)

The difference between Everton and Ipswich is that Everton have a much stronger squad, but Ipswich have a forward thinking and progressive coaching team rather than a dinosaur. One team is improving, the other is regressing at alarming rates!

Dyche and Thelwell are an embarrassment this year. Last year the squad picked up 48 points and dealt with points deductions. They brough in 4 attackers and they can get the team to register a shot. If TFG don’t play this right and act, their brand will be impacted #dycheout

TFG need to look at the data, it never lies. They will know that. In the corporate world there are bullshitters everywhere setting their own narrative like Dyche is. The only thing that differentiates bullshitters and true performance is data. #dycheout
