I have just discovered that I can get my iPhone, that I use as my Alarm clock, to automatically play BBC Sounds and more specifically I can now wake up to the dulcet tones of top birder and former top podcast partner @tommckinney.bsky.social on BBC Radio 3’s Breakfast show.

Proof lightning does strike twice. @beidaihebirder.bsky.social found the second Dusky Warbler at Aylestone Meadows, 100m from the site of the Christmas Eve 2021 bird. Proved patchworking works. #vc55birds #ukbirding

I had almost given up on the Black Redstart in Hathern today when I heard a familiar call and there it was on the roof of the Nave. It quickly vanished and was relocated on the West side of the tower and usually around the barred windows. #ukbirding #vc55birds
