Like i dont think its wrong to dislike those aspects of the game
especially if you are a fan of those characters and their original forms but like being willing to just accept/embrace what they are instead of what you want them to be or are more familar with can lead to a lot of new enjoyment

Like i recall a lot of the time, in relation to BBTAG, people talking about how the game simplified its casts movesets. which is... a fair issue but like within the context of BBTAG that IS their moveset and there is tons of stuff you CAN do with in BBTAG but you have to actually engage with it

Think my issue with certain discussions about fighting games (games in general tbh but mainly fighting games)
is like people never wanting to engage with a game on its own terms? which is kind of a weird thing that i have trouble explaining
