Took better pictures of my favorite Game Over screen for avatar use. Dark Sun: Shattered Lands (MS-DOS, 1993).
This game was both my first CRPG and my first exposure to Dungeons & Dragons. I got it in a 5-game value pack from the local K-Mart.

In the Neo Geo game Shock Troopers, one of the playable heroines goes by the name Marie Bee.
This is a reference to the manga Suna No Bara aka Desert Rose, where two characters introduce themselves using their codenames 'Marie' the Rose and Killer 'Bee'.

I mainly wanted Virtua Fighter since it was so hard to find in arcades near me and was also expensive. But Virtua Cop 2 and Nights were the standouts to me.
If Clockwork Knight 2 wasn't a full demo and was just this video, I would've purchased it straight up

When I moved to Japan, I had to leave a lot of my things behind: including my trusty RAP 4 Kai.
It was my first full size arcade stick, and my companion through countless hours across fighters and shmups alike.
