Aiden was born at the shelter with no tail and has spina bifida along with a few other chronic issues that don't bother him. He was not expected to live past 2 years but he just celebrated his EIGHTH birthday!!!!

Zoe's Animal Rescue Society in Edmonton has emptied their funds taking in some animals who need expensive surgeries. They were slammed pretty hard this year, and [gestures wildly at the world] donations aren't meeting the demand.
