Like... "if you can do X then you can get Y as a reward" and I struggle with a task that was clearly meant to be a bit difficult and tears burn my eyes bc they thought I was good enough to do it and I can't do it
Love hearing things about like "challenging" kids or people to certain tasks or things to teach them like gartiousness or tenacity or whatever and being like "that's so cruel if it was me I would hurt myself and think I'm garbage bc I can't get it done easily"
